Get the charging problem resolved
A failed charging session can interrupt the whole day. We investigate the complaint you are experiencing, whether charging stops early, the connector will not release normally, the car rejects a charger or a warning keeps returning.
The high-voltage battery is one part of that system. Charging equipment, the vehicle inlet, monitoring electronics, cooling and the separate low-voltage supply can each need attention. We explain the likely work in plain English and quote the repair that addresses the finding.
When the pack’s condition makes further repair poor value, Taycan battery replacement can be considered alongside the available repair options. A battery warning on its own does not establish that a complete pack is needed.
A problem at home
Tell us whether the car charges elsewhere and what the display says when it stops. That helps us distinguish a vehicle fault from a cable or charging-equipment concern. You do not need to buy another charger before arranging an assessment.
Slow or interrupted fast charging
Charging speed changes with conditions, battery temperature and state of charge. We assess repeated interruptions or unexpected behavior in context, then check the relevant vehicle systems. One slow session does not by itself prove battery deterioration.
The car will not wake up
A Taycan still depends on a low-voltage supply for its electronics. An unresponsive car needs that supply and related faults checked alongside the reported symptoms. We discuss assistance if the car cannot be brought to the workshop normally.
If the dashboard tells you to stop, follow that instruction and contact us about assistance. Do not open battery covers or handle exposed high-voltage components. A photo of the warning can help, but a short description is enough to start the enquiry.

Confident braking, properly matched parts
The Taycan combines energy recuperation with conventional friction brakes. Less frequent use of the pads does not remove the need to inspect the braking hardware. Noise, corrosion, vibration or a changed pedal feel should be assessed rather than dismissed as normal EV behavior.
We check the condition of the pads and discs, relevant wear information and the complaint during suitable testing. Steel, surface-coated and ceramic brake setups have different parts and cost implications. Electrical system diagnosis is estimated at AED 800–1,200, while a drivetrain assessment is estimated at AED 800–1,500. A charging-port inspection and suitable cleaning is a more limited job at AED 250–500. We agree the relevant assessment and explain any extended testing separately. The written quote confirms the total and VAT.
Does a Taycan need regular servicing?
Yes. An electric drivetrain removes the need for a combustion-engine oil change, but brake fluid, cabin filters, tires, cooling and other checks still matter. Do you carry out Porsche recalls and factory updates?
