Cayenne brake service prices

These are PorscheGarage planning estimates for common Cayenne brake work in Dubai. Every range includes 5% VAT. Your written quotation confirms the axle, brake type, parts brand, labour and any separately required sensors or hardware.

Estimated fitted prices in AED, including 5% VAT. PSCB and PCCB systems require a vehicle-specific quotation.
Brake workPlanning estimateWhat the range covers
Focused brake inspectionAED 250–500Visual condition and wear checks with relevant warning-code review. Extended testing, dismantling or repair is quoted separately.
Compatible pads, one axleAED 1,890–3,150Matched supplier-branded pad set for a standard steel-brake application, normal fitting and final checks. Sensors and extra hardware are separate unless listed.
Porsche Genuine pads, one axleAED 2,625–4,725Genuine front or rear pad set for the confirmed application, normal fitting and final checks. Disc work is not included.
Pads and steel discs, one axleAED 4,500–8,500Two standard steel discs, matched pads, normal fitting and final checks. Larger performance brakes, caliper work and unexpected damage are separate.
Brake-fluid serviceAED 350–800Suitable brake fluid, controlled bleeding and pedal check. Fluid quantity and model-specific procedures affect the total.
Caliper service or repairAED 800–2,500+Per affected caliper where cleaning, freeing or repair is supported by its condition and available service parts.
ABS or wheel-speed sensorAED 900–2,200One confirmed sensor, fitting, code clearing and verification. Wiring, wheel-bearing or control-unit faults are separate.

These figures are estimates, not fixed offers for every Cayenne. Disc diameter, front or rear axle, model variant, steel, Porsche Surface Coated Brake (PSCB) or Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB), parts choice and existing damage can change the final total.

Noise, vibration or warning

When the brakes need attention

A Cayenne brake warning does not always mean the same repair. The friction material may be worn, a sensor can be open-circuit, a disc may have an uneven surface, or an ABS fault can sit elsewhere in the system. The first useful step is to match the symptom with a physical inspection.

  • Grinding or metal contact. Stop using the vehicle and call. Continued driving can damage the disc and may reduce braking performance.
  • Vibration while braking. Disc thickness variation, uneven deposits, hub condition, suspension play or wheel fitment can contribute. Replacing pads alone may not remove it.
  • Soft, sinking or unusually hard pedal. Treat a sudden change as urgent. Fluid loss, air, hydraulic faults or assistance problems require inspection before normal driving.
  • Brake, ABS or PSM warning. A scan identifies the stored fault area, but the sensor, wiring, wheel bearing, voltage supply and hydraulic unit may still need tests.
  • Pulling or heat at one wheel. A sticking caliper, hose restriction or mechanical fault can overheat the disc and pad. Do not wait for the next scheduled service.

If the pedal sinks, braking effort falls suddenly, fluid is leaking, a wheel is locking or the vehicle will not stop normally, park safely and call before driving to Al Quoz.

Match the fitted system

Steel, PSCB and PCCB brakes

Cayenne brake parts cannot be selected from the model name alone. Disc size, caliper, axle, option code and the fitted brake technology determine the correct pads, discs, sensors and procedure.

01

Standard steel brakes

Conventional steel discs are fitted to many Cayenne variants. When dimensions and condition permit, customers can compare Porsche Genuine components with compatible supplier-branded parts. The quotation should name the brand and axle.

02

Surface-coated brakes

Porsche Surface Coated Brakes use a coated disc and application-specific friction material. A colour or badge alone is not enough to order parts. We confirm the fitted system and assess the coating and wear pattern before quoting.

03

Ceramic composite brakes

Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake components need careful condition assessment and specific parts. Damage, heat history and disc condition can change the decision significantly. PCCB work receives an individual quotation rather than a steel-brake estimate.

If only the friction material is due, the dedicated Cayenne brake-pad replacement page explains front and rear pad choices in more detail. This page covers the wider braking system, including discs, fluid, calipers, hydraulics, ABS and the parking brake.

One inspection, a defined repair

What the service can include

Brake work should address the confirmed condition without turning every visit into a full-system replacement. We measure and compare the parts on the affected axle, check related hardware and explain what can remain in service.

  • Pads and wear sensors. Friction thickness, even contact, sensor condition and correct fitment for the front or rear axle.
  • Discs and hubs. Surface condition, cracks, scoring, thickness, runout where relevant and the mounting face that supports the disc.
  • Calipers and hardware. Pistons, slide or mounting points, dust boots, retaining hardware and signs of uneven application or heat.
  • Fluid and hydraulics. Fluid condition, visible leaks, hoses, lines, pedal behaviour, master cylinder and brake assistance when the symptom points there.
  • ABS, PSM and wheel-speed input. Fault memory and targeted electrical or mechanical checks instead of replacing a sensor from the warning alone.
  • Parking brake. Electronic actuator, control, wiring and mechanical components where the parking brake will not apply or release normally.

The written quote separates required work from optional or monitored items. No additional repair should be treated as approved until the customer accepts the revised total.

How different repairs price out

These are representative quotations based on the published ranges, not claims about completed customer vehicles. The final quote follows inspection and parts matching.

Example estimate

2017 Cayenne rear pads

Concern: Wear message with serviceable standard steel discs.

Included: Compatible rear pad set, normal fitting, sensor assessment and final brake check.

AED 2,300

Estimated fitted total including 5% VAT. A required sensor or damaged hardware changes the total.

Example estimate

2020 Cayenne S front brakes

Concern: Braking vibration with worn front steel discs and pads.

Included: Two front steel discs, matched pads, normal fitting and final checks.

AED 6,800

Estimated fitted total including 5% VAT for a standard steel-brake application.

Example estimate

2022 Cayenne brake fluid

Concern: Brake-fluid service due with no hydraulic repair identified.

Included: Suitable fluid, controlled bleeding and pedal check.

AED 650

Estimated total including 5% VAT. Leak repair, seized bleed screws or other faults are separate.

Compare quotations axle by axle. Check whether pads, discs, sensors, fitting hardware, fluid, labour and VAT are included. A lower figure for parts only is not comparable with a complete fitted total.

Choose parts with context

Genuine or compatible parts

The useful choice is the correctly matched component with a clear fitted price, not a generic label. We confirm the application before ordering and identify the selected parts on the quotation.

Porsche branded

Porsche Genuine

Choose this option when you want a manufacturer-branded component for the identified Porsche application. The fitted price depends on the axle, disc size and braking system.

The quotation identifies the part and confirms whether the workshop’s published 12-month parts-and-labour warranty applies.

Cost-conscious choice

Compatible supplier-branded

A suitable named supplier can reduce the fitted cost on supported standard-brake applications without leaving the part choice unclear.

We match the component to the VIN, axle and fitted brake system. The quotation names the manufacturer or part reference before you approve the work.

Model compatibility

Cayenne models covered

Brake inspection and repair are available for Cayenne, Cayenne S, GTS, Turbo, E-Hybrid, Coupé and Turbo GT variants across the model’s generations. The VIN, axle, caliper, disc dimensions and option equipment confirm the correct components. Modified brake systems and retrofit kits need an individual parts check.

From inspection to handover

How brake work is completed

The inspection, quotation and approval are separate steps. That keeps the recommended repair and customer-approved total clear.

  1. 01

    Describe the concern

Call or WhatsApp with the model year and the noise, warning, vibration or pedal change. A dashboard photo is useful but optional.

  2. 02

    Inspect the brakes

We check the relevant axle and brake components. Measurements and fault testing are added when the symptom requires them.

  3. 03

    Approve the quotation

The estimate states the work, parts choice, inclusions, VAT and any separate items. Repair starts after your approval.

  4. 04

    Fit and verify

The approved components are installed correctly. Operation, warning status and pedal response are checked before handover.

Expected turnaround

Many pad jobs take one day

Pads can often be completed within one working day when the correct parts are available. Pads and discs may also be same-day work. Caliper rebuilding, ordered performance-brake parts, hydraulic repairs or intermittent ABS faults can take longer. Your quotation and appointment confirmation state the expected handover time.

Book with the essentials

Arrange your Cayenne brake check

Contact AMF Auto Services LLC in Al Quoz 4 with the model year and a short description of the brake concern. That is enough to begin. If the parts application needs confirmation, the team can request the VIN or a photo of the caliper as a follow-up.

Free pickup and delivery can be arranged in Dubai, subject to workshop availability and the vehicle’s condition. Tell us immediately if the brake pedal has changed suddenly, fluid is leaking, a wheel is locked or the vehicle should not be driven.

A free initial fault inspection is available for relevant enquiries. Dismantling, extended electrical diagnosis, measurements beyond the initial check and repair work are confirmed before chargeable work begins.

Direct answers

Porsche Cayenne brake FAQs

How much does Porsche Cayenne brake service cost in Dubai?

A focused brake inspection is estimated at AED 250–500. Compatible standard-brake pads are AED 1,890–3,150 per axle, Porsche Genuine pads are AED 2,625–4,725 per axle, and pads with steel discs are AED 4,500–8,500 per axle. The displayed ranges include fitting for the stated work and 5% VAT.

Does the price include VAT and labour?

Yes. The prices on this page include 5% VAT and normal labour for the work described in each row. Sensors, damaged hardware, caliper repairs, additional diagnosis and other separately listed work are included only when the written quotation says so.

Can you replace only the worn front or rear axle?

Yes, when the other axle remains serviceable. Pads are replaced as a matched set on the affected axle, not as a single wheel. Both axles are checked so the remaining wear can be explained.

Do Cayenne brake pads always require new discs?

No. Discs can remain when their thickness, surface, runout and wear pattern are acceptable for the fitted system. Cracks, deep scoring, excessive wear, heat damage or vibration can make disc replacement necessary.

Do you service PSCB and PCCB brakes?

Yes, after the fitted system and condition are confirmed. Porsche Surface Coated Brakes and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes use application-specific components and require an individual quotation rather than the standard steel-brake ranges.

How long does Cayenne brake replacement take?

Pad replacement can often be completed within one working day when the correct parts are available. Pads and discs may also be same-day work. Caliper, hydraulic, parking-brake or intermittent ABS repairs can take longer.

Can I drive with a brake warning or grinding noise?

Call promptly for guidance. Do not continue driving if braking performance has reduced, the pedal sinks, fluid is leaking, a wheel is locking or metal grinding is present. Continued use can increase damage and may be unsafe.

Is pickup and delivery available?

Free pickup and delivery can be arranged in Dubai for eligible workshop enquiries, subject to availability and vehicle condition. Tell the team if the Cayenne should not be driven so suitable transport can be discussed.

Is Cayenne brake repair covered by a warranty?

Eligible approved repairs are covered under the workshop’s published 12-month parts-and-labour terms. Coverage depends on the supplied parts, approved repair and conditions in the warranty policy and job documents.
