Porsche repair
by model in Dubai
Find your Porsche below and book servicing, diagnostics or repairs in Al Quoz 4. Choose your model for relevant services, or send us the year and the problem for a quote.
The right starting point for your Porsche.
Browse the model families, then open the page that matches your car. You can also call directly if you already know the work you need.

Cayenne
Book servicing or describe an engine, cooling, suspension, brake or AC concern. Include the year and full badge, including S, GTS, Turbo or E-Hybrid where applicable.
For a Cayenne Coupe, identify the body style when asking about exterior parts. If your car is hybrid or electric, say so at the start so we can confirm support for the work required.

Macan
Choose the Macan page for maintenance and repair inquiries. Tell us whether you drive a gasoline model or Macan Electric, plus the model year and mileage.
For a warning, noise or change in shifting, include when it happens. The Macan name alone does not identify the powertrain, parts or service schedule.

Panamera
Arrange oil service, diagnostics or repairs for your Panamera. Share the version, year and any concerns with ride height, cooling, gear changes, brakes or cabin comfort.
Mention E-Hybrid, Executive or Sport Turismo where relevant. The model page includes service routes and indicative prices to help you plan the next step.

911
Start here for 911 servicing and repair inquiries, including Carrera versions. Send the year, full badge and transmission type if known, rather than choosing a service by appearance alone.
For Turbo, GT or modified cars, describe the fitted equipment and work requested before booking. Older and newer generations can need different parts and inspection approaches.

718, Boxster & Cayman
Use the 718 route for 718 models, or choose Boxster or Cayman below for those model families, including earlier generations. Boxster and Cayman names do not always mean 718.
For a Boxster roof concern, explain whether it opens, closes or stops partway. For either body style, send the year and symptoms so your inquiry reaches the right repair scope.

Taycan
Send your Taycan version, model year and the exact warning or service request. Identify Cross Turismo or Sport Turismo when requesting body or trim work.
For charging or high-voltage concerns, confirm the specific job can be accepted before arranging transport. An auxiliary-battery inquiry and a traction-battery repair are different requests.
Images illustrate model families and may show a different year or trim. They are not records of customer repairs.
Have a 928 or another older Porsche? Send the model, year, condition and a short description of the job before making the trip. Parts availability, previous modifications and the extent of work need to be checked for the individual car.
For a car returning to use after storage, ask about an inspection before choosing a list of replacement parts. If your model is not listed, we can first discuss whether the requested work is within the workshop’s current scope.
Keep your day moving.
Free pickup and delivery
on approved jobs
Book your Porsche’s approved work and ask us to arrange collection and return. You do not need to make a separate trip to the workshop when the agreed collection arrangements suit your location and vehicle.
Ask About My PickupHow to use the offer
- Send your model, year, repair request and pickup area.
- Tell us whether the car starts, moves and has any urgent warning or damage.
- Confirm the approved job, collection method, timing and return arrangements with the workshop.
The free pickup and delivery offer applies to approved jobs. It does not make diagnosis, parts or repairs free. Ask us to confirm any separate transport requirements or charges before dispatch, especially for a non-running or damaged car.
Have several items to address? Send one list covering maintenance and repairs so the visit can be planned together. Each item should remain clear in the estimate, even when the work is booked in one visit.
Already know the problem?
You do not have to identify a failed part before contacting us. Pick the reason for your visit, then include your Porsche model in the inquiry.
Service due
Request an oil and filter service for a combustion-engine Porsche, or a maintenance quote matched to your electric model. Share the last service date and mileage so completed work can be taken into account.
Maintenance and oil serviceA warning or unexplained fault
Send a photo of the dashboard message and explain when it appears. Ask for the appropriate diagnostic appointment before ordering parts. A code scan, detailed testing and a repair are separate scopes.
Fault diagnosisEngine or cooling concern
For rough running, fluid loss or reduced power, describe the symptoms and recent work. The next step is an inspection of the concern, followed by an estimate for the fault found.
Engine repairGear changes feel different
Tell us about delayed engagement, shuddering, slipping or a transmission message. Include whether it occurs from cold, in traffic or under acceleration. The fitted gearbox must be identified before selecting a service or repair.
Transmission repairRide, steering or brake concern
Report a change in ride height, knocking, vibration or uneven tire wear. For a braking issue, use the brake service route and describe the change in pedal feel or stopping behavior when booking.
Suspension repairAC or starting problem
For AC, explain whether the issue is warm air, weak airflow or uneven cooling. For starting trouble, tell us whether the engine cranks or the vehicle does not wake up. These details help define the first checks.
AC diagnosisFollow your dashboard instructions and model-specific owner’s manual. If the vehicle tells you to stop, stop safely and request assistance. Describe a braking, steering, overheating or high-voltage warning before arranging transport.
Price the work for your actual car.
A model badge is a useful starting point, but it is not a complete quotation. Send the year, mileage and requested work for an estimate in AED.
| What you need | What to send | How it is quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled service | Model, year, mileage and last service details | Items due, fluid specification, quantities, filters and labor |
| Fault diagnosis | Exact symptoms, warnings and recent repairs | Agreed initial checks, with any further testing confirmed separately |
| Repair or replacement | Inspection findings or an itemized existing estimate | Confirmed parts, labor and any required setup or calibration |
| Body or interior work | Clear photos, model year and affected area | Visible scope first, with hidden damage assessed where necessary |
The badge is only the beginning.
Year, version and equipment
A Carrera belongs within the 911 family. Boxster and Cayman include generations before the 718. Macan inquiries need to distinguish gasoline and electric versions. These details help avoid booking the wrong scope or requesting a part for a different car.
You do not need to decode the VIN yourself. Send the details you know and share the VIN privately with the workshop if it is needed for exact identification. There is no need to post registration documents publicly.
For reference, Porsche’s 718 model overview identifies the Boxster and Cayman body styles, while its Macan Electric page distinguishes the electric model.
Electric, hybrid or modified
For a Taycan, Macan Electric or hybrid Porsche, state the powertrain before booking. Describe whether the request concerns routine maintenance, charging, an auxiliary battery or a high-voltage warning. Confirm support for the specific job, including any software or battery work.
Tell us about aftermarket wheels, suspension changes, tuning or earlier repairs that relate to the concern. A service schedule or quotation for an unmodified car may not describe the work your car now needs.
Use the Porsche owner’s manual for the instructions that apply to your model. This hub helps you choose a booking route; it does not replace your car’s maintenance information or a vehicle inspection.

- 01 / YOUR CAR
Send useful details
Include model, year, mileage, symptoms and pickup area. Add a dashboard photo or a short description of the sound if helpful. Mention an existing report, but you do not need a diagnosis to request an appointment.
- 02 / YOUR ESTIMATE
Agree the first step
Confirm the initial inspection or service scope and its charge. Review the proposed repair, parts choice and expected timing once the work can be defined. Keep any further checks or additional work clear before approval.
- 03 / YOUR VISIT
Arrange the handover
Choose a workshop visit or ask about free pickup and delivery on approved jobs. Request the Al Quoz 4 location pin if coming in. Confirm the expected completion and return arrangements for your booking.
Looking for a Porsche garage near you? The workshop is in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. Send your area before traveling or arranging collection, especially if the vehicle is outside Dubai or cannot be moved normally.
Your model. Your questions.
Choose your car above or contact us directly. These answers cover the practical details of arranging a visit.
Book a Porsche inspectionWhat if I do not know the exact Porsche variant?
Send the model name, year and a photo of the badge if helpful. Tell us the service you want or what changed in the way the car behaves. The workshop can ask for further identification when needed. You can start an inquiry without knowing the engine code or chassis generation.
Is pickup and delivery free for every inquiry?
The offer is free pickup and delivery on approved jobs. An inquiry alone is not an approved repair booking. Confirm the job, your location, vehicle condition and collection arrangements first. Diagnosis, repairs and any separately agreed transport requirements are not made free by the offer.
Can I book directly without visiting a model page?
Yes. Call or use the quote button on this page. The model pages provide more detail for owners who want to compare the relevant service options before contacting the workshop. If you already know the work you need, include it in your first message.
Can you inspect a Porsche before I buy it?
You can request a pre-purchase inspection through our inspection page. Confirm seller access, the location, the model and the checks required before booking. Ask what the report covers and its limitations. An inspection appointment is separate from a repair approval and the approved-job pickup offer.
How soon can my Porsche be ready?
The completion estimate depends on the work, inspection findings and parts availability. Ask whether the car needs to stay at the workshop and when the scope can be confirmed. Do not arrange your return trip around a general same-day expectation before receiving confirmation for your booking.
Are you an authorized Porsche dealer?
PorscheGarage.ae is an independent workshop website, not an authorized Porsche dealer or an affiliate of Porsche AG. If your inquiry concerns manufacturer warranty, a recall or a dealer-only requirement, confirm the appropriate route before authorizing independent work.
