Porsche Cayenne GTS Service and Repair in Dubai
For Porsche Cayenne GTS service and repair in Dubai, we handle scheduled maintenance plus engine, cooling, brake, suspension, driveline and electrical faults at our Al Quoz 4 workshop. Tell us what is due or what has changed; we confirm the relevant checks, parts choices and quotation before work starts.
Minor service guide: AED 997.50–1,575 including VAT. We confirm the GTS-specific work and total before you approve it.

Cayenne GTS problems we can check
A service reminder, leak and warning light need different next steps. Describe what you notice; you do not need to identify the faulty part before booking.
| What you notice | What we check | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Service reminder or overdue maintenance | Time, mileage, oil and filters, and any additional scheduled items. | Book maintenance. Mention any separate warning or change in performance. |
| Coolant loss or a rising temperature | Leaks, pump, thermostat, hoses and fan operation as relevant. | Stop for overheating or rapid coolant loss. Arrange assistance; do not open a hot cooling system. |
| Hesitation, rough running or reduced power | Fault codes, ignition, air or boost leaks and the affected engine system. | Request diagnosis. Stop safely for severe shaking, smoke or an oil-pressure warning. |
| Shudder, a suspension warning or uneven ride height | Tyres, driveline, ride-height components and the fitted suspension. | Book an inspection. Severe vibration or a collapsed corner needs collection advice before driving. |
| Brake noise or changed pedal feel | Pads, discs, hydraulic leaks and caliper operation. | Arrange a brake check. Do not drive with impaired braking. |
Cayenne GTS service prices
Compare the work you need below. These are estimated GTS budgets based on our Cayenne and service price guides. The final quote matches your engine, fitted equipment and parts choice.
| Work | Planning estimate | Included work |
|---|---|---|
| Minor service | AED 997.50–1,575 | Correct engine oil, oil filter and drain seal, essential fluid, tire, brake and leak checks, and applicable service reset. |
| Service with air and cabin filters | AED 1,680–2,730 | For a car due an oil service and both filters: minor-service work, air and cabin filters, a fault scan and condition checks. Spark plugs and brake fluid are outside this estimate. |
| Major service | AED 3,675–5,775 | Budget for oil and filters plus due spark plugs and brake-fluid replacement, final checks and a maintenance record. We list each due item before quoting; do not replace recently completed items just to fill a package. |
| Standard brake pads, one axle | AED 1,890–4,725 | Matched pads for both wheels on one standard-brake axle and fitting. Front or rear fitment, pad specification and selected manufacturer explain the range. Sensors, discs and hardware are separate. |
| Main water pump replacement | AED 1,800–4,200 | Compatible pump, routine seals, fitting, coolant, bleeding and final leak and temperature checks. |
| Transfer-case fluid service | AED 750–1,400 | Specified fluid, drain/refill and a leak check. Internal repairs and additional setup are separate. |
| Transfer-case rebuild | AED 5,500–9,500 | Removal/refitting, agreed internal repair parts, fluid and final checks. Major housing or gear damage needs a separate quote. |
What changes the total?
Engine generation, oil quantity, spark-plug access, fitted brake or suspension equipment and selected parts matter. GTS-specific components can exceed a general Cayenne guide. Your quotation names the parts, labour, fluids and VAT-inclusive total.
Choose one service level; do not add the packages together. Gearbox and differential fluids, wear items and fault repairs are extra unless listed. PSCB/PCCB brakes require a separate quote.
What is free?
The initial health or computer fault check is free. Extended electrical testing, dismantling and a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection are paid work. We explain the additional checks and their charge before you approve them. Arranged pickup and delivery is free for eligible bookings; non-running vehicles need suitable recovery arrangements and any applicable charge confirmed separately.
For individual items such as spark plugs, brake fluid or transmission servicing, see our Porsche service price guide. Send an existing quotation if you want us to compare the same work.

Book the service your GTS needs
Choose maintenance by what is due, not just the package name. An oil service suits routine oil and filter replacement. Add air and cabin filters when due; a major visit brings together further scheduled items such as plugs and brake fluid. If your history is missing, we help establish the next steps.
- Oil and filtration: the correct Porsche oil approval and quantity, oil filter, seals and applicable level-setting procedure.
- Scheduled items: air and cabin filters, spark plugs and brake fluid according to the applicable schedule and recorded history.
- Condition checks: brakes, tyres, suspension, battery, belts, visible fluid leaks and the underbody.
- After servicing: applicable service reminder reset, maintenance record, complimentary car wash and interior vacuum.
Tell us about towing, frequent short journeys, long storage or track use. We match the maintenance plan to the car, its history and how you use it.
Need only an oil service? Our Cayenne oil-change service covers that narrower job.

Three typical Cayenne GTS job estimates
Use these estimated scenarios to plan a budget. They are not completed customer jobs. Totals include 5% VAT, parts and labour for the listed work; the written quote identifies the actual parts and work included.
Catch up on major servicing
Example: 2014 Cayenne GTS with major maintenance due.
AED 3,675–5,775
- Included: oil and filters, due spark plugs and brake-fluid replacement, final checks and a service record. This example assumes all listed maintenance is due.
- Parts: new oil, filters, plugs and brake fluid matched to the engine. The quote names the brands and approvals; Porsche Genuine and supplier alternatives can change the total.
- Separate if needed: brakes, tyres, leaks and gearbox or differential fluids.
Allow a workshop visit with timing confirmed after the due items and parts are checked. Plug access and extra repairs can extend the work.
Service and replace worn brake pads
Example: 2017 Cayenne GTS due a minor service and pads on one standard-brake axle.
AED 2,887.50–6,300
- Included: minor service plus a new matched pad set for both wheels on one axle and fitting.
- Budget: AED 997.50–1,575 for servicing plus AED 1,890–4,725 for pads and fitting.
- Separate if needed: discs, wear sensors and hardware. PSCB/PCCB brakes need their own quote.
Plan to leave the car for the day. The workshop confirms completion after checking the brakes and parts availability.
Replace a leaking main water pump
Example: 2021 Cayenne GTS with a confirmed main water-pump leak.
AED 1,800–4,200
- Included: a new compatible pump, routine seals, fitting, coolant, bleeding, and leak and temperature checks.
- Parts: the quotation identifies the pump manufacturer and correct engine application.
- Separate if needed: thermostat, hoses, other cooling faults or damage caused by overheating.
Repair timing depends on access and pump availability. The workshop confirms the handover date with the quote.
The model years show typical examples, not fixed-price packages. Engine specification, parts choice and vehicle condition can change the total. Your written quote confirms the work, any separate testing charges and the amount payable before repairs start.
GTS generations need different care
The GTS badge spans different engines, gearboxes and chassis equipment. We confirm the VIN and installed parts before selecting oil, filters, ignition components or repair assemblies.
A 957, 958 and later 9Y0-family GTS should not receive an identical parts list. The same booking process covers the SUV and GTS Coupé. We can check the body style and any modifications when they affect the work.
Automatic GTS models use Tiptronic gearboxes, with the unit depending on generation. Gearbox, transfer-case and differential fluids are separate maintenance items; an engine-oil service does not replace them.
- Earlier naturally aspirated V8
- Service history, age-related sealing, cooling condition and the installed suspension help determine the work. Previous invoices can help avoid repeating work, but are optional when you first contact us.
- Later 958 V6 biturbo
- The 3.6-litre twin-turbo engine needs its own parts and service plan. For hesitation or reduced power, ignition and intake/boost checks may be relevant alongside the reported fault.
- Newer 4.0-litre V8 biturbo
- Match the engine revision and fitted chassis options. A newer GTS can differ from an earlier one in suspension, brakes and the parts required for the same complaint.
GTS repairs beyond routine servicing
A scheduled service and a repair solve different needs. Tell us about a warning, leak, noise or change in performance so it can be included in the visit and quoted separately.
Engine and cooling
For misfires, oil smells, coolant loss or reduced power, we assess the relevant systems and arrange the identified repair. Work can include plugs or coils, seals, hoses, pumps, thermostats, cooling fans and engine mounts.
See Cayenne water pump replacement or coolant leak repair for the specific work.
Gearbox and all-wheel drive
Rough shifts, fluid leaks or shudder during turns need the gearbox, transfer case, tyres and related driveline components considered together. Fresh fluid is not a cure for worn internal parts.
Compare transfer-case repairs and replacements or discuss transmission repair for the fitted gearbox.
AC and cabin comfort
Weak cooling, poor airflow and blower noise can need different repairs. We check the refrigerant circuit, leaks, fans, compressor and cabin filtration as relevant. Water entry and blocked roof drainage receive a separate investigation.
Arrange Porsche AC repair and mention whether cooling changes in traffic.
Electrical and audio
Battery discharge, charging warnings, camera faults and intermittent electrical functions need the affected circuits checked. A blank PCM screen and silent speakers are different complaints.
Choose Cayenne battery replacement for a confirmed battery fault or amplifier repair for factory audio problems.
Brakes, tyres and GTS suspension
The fitted equipment matters more than the color of the caliper or the model badge. We identify the hardware and wear before ordering components.
- Brakes
- Check pad and disc condition, wear sensors, caliper operation and parking-brake concerns. Steel, Porsche Surface Coated Brakes (PSCB) and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) require compatible parts and different quotations.
- Suspension
- Knocking, uneven ride height or a warning can involve control arms, bushes, dampers, sensors or air-system components. PASM controls damping; it does not by itself mean the car has air springs. PDCC is a separate active roll-control system where fitted.
- Tyres and alignment
- Check the specified sizes, pressures, condition and wear across the car. Tire differences and chassis wear can affect handling and driveline behavior; alignment follows relevant repairs when required.
See Cayenne brake-pad replacement or Porsche suspension repair for detailed options. Alignment and balancing are separate unless your quote includes them. Tire rotation depends on the fitted sizes and tire design; it is not suitable for every setup.

Parts choices and repair priorities
The recommendation should match the fault and the condition of the assembly. We explain the practical choices before you approve a major repair.
- Targeted repair: replace a confirmed faulty seal, sensor, hose or other serviceable component when the surrounding assembly is sound.
- Rebuild: consider an internally worn assembly, such as a repairable transfer case, when suitable parts and specialist work are available.
- Replacement: consider a matched unit when damage, parts availability or the repair cost makes rebuilding impractical. A warning code or symptom alone does not justify replacement.
Choose Porsche Genuine parts or a suitable named supplier alternative where appropriate. The quote identifies the manufacturer and application; “OEM quality” alone does not tell you which product will be fitted.
Additional damage or testing is priced before it proceeds. Eligible repairs using original parts supplied and fitted by us may receive 12-month coverage for the supplied part and related repair labour, subject to the warranty policy. Alternative, used and customer-supplied parts do not receive that same coverage automatically; any separate coverage must be written into the quote.

Plan your visit with our workshop
Visit PorscheGarage.ae at Warehouse 39, Al Quoz 4, Dubai for independent GTS maintenance and repairs. We are not an authorized Porsche dealer. Your quote identifies the work and selected parts, so you can decide what to approve before repairs begin.
Free pickup and delivery can be arranged for eligible bookings in Dubai. Share your location and preferred time when arranging collection. If the car will not start, overheats or cannot be driven safely, tell us first so suitable recovery and any applicable charge can be confirmed before dispatch.
How long should you allow?
Plan to leave the car for the day for routine servicing, subject to appointment and parts confirmation. Major maintenance or additional repairs can take longer. Intermittent electrical or driveline faults may need extended testing; we confirm the expected handover after assessment.
Know what you are approving
A useful quote shows the repair, the parts manufacturer, labour, fluids, testing charges and VAT-inclusive total. We explain urgent work separately from maintenance that can be planned. Further damage or extra testing needs approval before it proceeds.
At handover, review the itemized invoice and service record with the team. Ask about any remaining advisory items and the warranty applicable to the parts fitted. A service reminder reset records maintenance; it does not prove that an unrelated fault has been repaired.
Cayenne GTS service questions
How often should I service my Cayenne GTS?
Follow the maintenance schedule for the exact model year and the car’s time/mileage reminders. Previous invoices help identify due items without repeating completed work, but you can book without them. Mention short journeys, storage, towing or track use when planning additional inspections.
Does a major service include gearbox and transfer-case oil?
Only if those items are expressly listed in the quotation. Engine oil, automatic-transmission fluid, transfer-case fluid and differential oil are separate jobs with their own specifications. The major-service estimate covers the maintenance items described in the table.
How much does Cayenne GTS servicing cost in Dubai?
Minor servicing is estimated at AED 997.50–1,575 including VAT. Service with air and cabin filters is AED 1,680–2,730, and major maintenance is AED 3,675–5,775 for the work described above. These are estimates, not fixed offers. Due items, fitted equipment and parts selection determine the written total.
Do all Cayenne GTS models have a V8 and air suspension?
No. The range has included naturally aspirated V8, 3.6-litre V6 biturbo and 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engines. Suspension also varies by generation and equipment. We confirm the actual vehicle before supplying parts or quoting air-system repairs.
Can you investigate shudder during tight turns?
Yes. Tire fitment, pressures and wear, transfer-case operation and related driveline components should be checked together. Shudder alone does not prove that the whole transfer case needs replacing. The recommendation may be a targeted repair, rebuild or matched replacement.
Do you service the Cayenne GTS Coupé?
Yes. We service the Cayenne GTS SUV and Coupé. Tell us what you need first; the team checks the year, equipment and parts requirements as needed. Body equipment, modifications and access can change the final work required.
Can you inspect a used GTS before I buy it?
Yes. Book a separate Porsche pre-purchase inspection and arrange the seller’s permission. It is a paid condition assessment, separate from a free initial repair check, and does not guarantee future reliability.
What should I send to book a service?
Tell us you have a Cayenne GTS and describe the service or problem. That is enough to start. Year, mileage, VIN, invoices and warning photos are optional follow-up details when useful. We confirm the appointment with you after your inquiry.
Which GTS repairs have a 12-month warranty?
The policy covers eligible original parts supplied and fitted by us and the related repair labour for 12 months from the invoice date. Normal wear and unrelated faults are excluded. Alternative, used or customer-supplied parts are not automatically covered by that policy. Your written quote and invoice should identify the applicable coverage.
Can you collect a GTS that is unsafe to drive?
Call with your location and the warning or symptom. A non-running car, overheating engine, collapsed suspension or braking problem needs suitable recovery arrangements. We confirm the collection method and any recovery charge before dispatch. Do not assume routine free pickup includes every recovery situation.
Arrange servicing or a repair quote
Start with your GTS and the service or problem. We will help choose the next step, explain the estimated cost and arrange a visit or pickup. Year, mileage and service records can be provided later if needed.
