Not automatically included: engine or cabin air filters, spark plugs, brake fluid, PDK fluid, transfer-case fluid, coolant work, leak repair, damaged threads or parts outside the agreed service. If one is due, it appears as a separate line before approval.
What changes the total: engine version, oil capacity, model year, selected parts, prior damage, missing undertrays, leaks, a warning fault and additional maintenance. A low headline price is not comparable if oil, filter, labour, VAT or the final-level procedure is missing.

Macan generations and engines do not all use the same oil quantity or service parts. The useful starting point is the VIN, model year, engine and available service record.
Four-cylinder petrol models
The correct Porsche oil approval, filter application and fill quantity are confirmed for the engine. A product that suits another turbocharged Macan is not assumed to be interchangeable.
If you only know the year and trim, send those details first. The quotation can be completed after the vehicle information is checked.
V6 petrol models
Macan S, GTS and Turbo variants can have different capacities, filters and access requirements across generations. The price range allows for those differences, but the confirmed amount comes from the exact vehicle.
Tell us if the car is modified or has an engine swap, because standard parts data may no longer describe what is fitted.
Imported or unusual specifications
An imported Macan, including a diesel not normally represented in the local petrol range, is checked by VIN and engine information before oil or parts are supplied. The local petrol estimate is not treated as a fixed quote for a different powertrain.

Macan Electric

Oil change, scheduled service or fault repair?
What an oil warning can mean
A routine reminder, a low-level message and a red oil-pressure warning are not the same request. Send the exact dashboard wording or a clear photo when you contact the workshop.
Service reminder
A maintenance reminder usually points to time or mileage-based work. We check the vehicle details and service record, then quote the oil service and any other due items as separate lines.
The reminder can be handled during the completed service. Clearing it without doing the maintenance does not satisfy the service need.
Low oil level
Confirm the message and follow the vehicle instructions for checking or adding oil. Repeated low-level warnings can involve consumption, leakage, a measurement issue or an incorrect previous fill.
If the level drops again, an oil change by itself may not solve the reason.
Red oil-pressure warning
Stop safely, switch off the engine and follow the vehicle instructions. Continuing to drive can risk serious engine damage. Call before moving the car so collection or another safe next step can be discussed.
Pressure warnings require fault assessment. They are not treated as an overdue-service light.
Leak, smoke or oil smell
Fresh oil on the ground, smoke near hot parts or a strong oil smell can come from a leak, spillage, a sealing problem or another engine fault. The source and severity need to be checked.

Oil and filter choices in writing
The oil quotation should state the product or its Porsche approval, the quantity allowed for the engine and the filter category. Viscosity is only one part of compatibility. The engine requirement, current product approval and vehicle information matter together.
Porsche Genuine filters can be quoted where requested. A suitable named supplier-branded filter may also be available for the exact application. We do not use the word “OEM” as a substitute for identifying what will be fitted.
Additives and flushes are not automatically part of the service. If a separate treatment is suggested for a specific reason, it should be explained and priced before use.

Ask whether the displayed total includes oil, filter, fitting, normal sealing items, final-level verification, the applicable reminder procedure and 5% VAT. Confirm which other service items have been added and why they are due.
If you have another estimate, compare the oil product, quantity, filter, labour and VAT line by line. Two prices can look similar while covering different work.
Eligible repairs carry a 12-month parts-and-labour warranty under the published terms. Your quotation and invoice identify the work performed.

A straightforward booked oil service
A routine oil-and-filter visit can often be planned within the same working day when the correct oil, filter and sealing items are available. Arrival time, workshop capacity and the final checks still affect the handover time.
If interval maintenance is added, the time changes with the filters, fluids and checks selected. The expected completion time is confirmed before approval.
When the visit may take longer
Oil leaks, pressure or level faults, damaged filter housings or drain threads, missing undertrays, ordered parts and previous repairs can add work. You receive the finding and price before an extra repair is started.
Free pickup and delivery can be arranged for eligible Dubai bookings, subject to location, availability and vehicle condition. A car with a red oil-pressure warning should not be driven in.
After servicing, the oil level, visible work area and relevant reminder procedure are checked. The vehicle receives a complimentary wash and vacuum after servicing where practical.
