Macan tyre services
The service is matched to the actual problem. A pressure warning may need a puncture repair, valve or sensor rather than a replacement tyre.

- Supply and fit the correct size, load rating, speed rating and axle position, with standard balancing included.
- Puncture assessment
- Remove and inspect the tyre where necessary. A small repairable tread puncture may be repaired; sidewall, shoulder or internal damage normally requires replacement.

- Correct weight imbalance after tyre fitting and investigate persistent vibration that may come from tyre deformation or rim damage.
- Alignment check

Correct size and rating
A Macan tyre is selected from the complete specification, not the rim diameter alone.
The width, profile and rim diameter are followed by load and speed ratings. Extra-load construction, direction or outside markings, Porsche approval and the front or rear axle can also affect suitability. We compare the current sidewall, door placard and vehicle details before ordering.
Many Macan wheel packages are staggered. The rear tyres may be wider than the front, even though all four wheels share the same diameter. A full set can therefore contain two sizes and two prices. Tyres must be mounted in the correct axle positions and direction.
The Macan is also sensitive to large differences in rolling circumference across its all-wheel-drive system. If one tyre is damaged, the tread depth and specification of the tyre opposite it need to be considered. Replacing an axle pair may give more consistent grip and wear than fitting one new tyre beside a heavily worn one.
N-marked tyre options
Porsche uses N-marking to identify tyre versions tested and approved for Porsche applications. A matching size without the correct construction or approval is not automatically equivalent.
Why the mark matters
Porsche evaluates approved tyres for handling, braking, stability, comfort and high-speed behaviour. The mark belongs to a specific tyre version, not every tyre made by that brand.
Which N code?
The number after N identifies an approval generation. A higher number is not a universal upgrade for every vehicle. The correct choice still depends on the Macan generation, wheel package and recommended fitment.

All major tyre brands available in the UAE can be sourced, subject to the exact size and current stock. Special N-marked or less common staggered combinations may need to be ordered before the appointment.
Puncture or replacement?
A professional repair can save a serviceable tyre, but the puncture position and hidden internal condition decide whether repair is safe.
A small puncture in a permitted central tread area may be repairable after the tyre is removed. The inner liner, puncture path, bead and casing must be checked. An outside plug by itself does not reveal damage caused by driving with low pressure.
Replacement is normally required for sidewall or shoulder punctures, a bulge, exposed cords, deep cracking, a split, bead damage, a previous unsuitable repair or internal damage after the tyre was driven flat. A tyre with very low tread or serious ageing is also a poor repair candidate even if the puncture is small.
If pressure falls again after inflation, do not assume the tyre is the only cause. A valve, TPMS seal, wheel bead or bent rim can leak. Separating these causes prevents replacing a tyre that was not responsible for the air loss.

Balancing, alignment and TPMS
These services solve different problems. Adding the wrong one does not correct the real cause of wear or vibration.
- Balancing
- Balances the wheel and tyre assembly after fitment. It helps correct speed-related vibration caused by weight imbalance.
- Wheel alignment
- Adjusts wheel angles within the vehicle’s permitted settings. It is considered when wear is uneven, steering is off-centre or the car pulls.
- Rim condition
- A bent or cracked rim can cause vibration, air loss and poor bead sealing. Balancing alone cannot straighten or repair it.
- Tyre deformation
- A separated or out-of-round tyre may continue to vibrate even after balancing. Its condition must be checked before adding more weight.
- TPMS warning
- The warning can indicate low pressure, a puncture, a leaking valve or a sensor issue. The stored reading and physical condition are checked together.
- Rotation limits
- Front-to-rear rotation is not possible when the Macan uses different front and rear tyre sizes. Side-to-side movement also depends on tyre direction and fitment.
Macan model compatibility
We replace tyres on first-generation 95B Macans, later petrol variants and the Macan Electric range, subject to the exact wheel package and tyre specification.
Base, S, GTS and Turbo badges do not identify every fitted wheel. Factory options, model-year changes and previous wheel replacements can alter the required size. A clear sidewall photo is the quickest way to begin, and the VIN can be checked when the existing fitment is uncertain.
Macan Electric tyre selection needs particular attention to load capability, rolling resistance and the approved fitment for the vehicle’s weight and torque. A tyre that matches the diameter but lacks the required load rating is unsuitable.
Modified wheels, spacers or non-standard suspension should be mentioned before ordering. We check the supplied information and may inspect clearance and wheel condition before fitting. You can still call first with the model and problem; detailed codes are requested only when needed for the tyre order.
How replacement works

- Approve the written quote. The tyre, fitting, balancing and VAT are identified. Any alignment, sensor or rim work is separated.

When tyres need attention
There is no single kilometre interval that fits every Macan. Heat, pressure, storage, alignment, driving, tyre construction and road damage all change tyre life.
Visible safety damage
Bulges, exposed cords, cuts, splits, missing tread blocks or deep sidewall cracking need prompt assessment. A bulge can indicate broken internal cords and should not be ignored.
Wear or ageing
Check tread across the whole width, including the inner edge. Hardened or cracked rubber may need replacement even when some tread remains. The DOT code shows the production week and year.
Changes while driving
Repeated pressure warnings, vibration, pulling, increased road noise or poor wet grip can come from the tyre, wheel, pressure or alignment. Inspection separates the cause.
A tyre with insufficient tread, exposed reinforcement, serious cracking or structural damage is unsafe and can fail an RTA inspection. Replacing it protects braking and grip as well as inspection compliance.
