How much does Porsche Boxster AOS replacement cost in Dubai?
Estimated AOS replacement is AED 2,300–3,800 for a 986, AED 2,700–4,500 for a 987 and AED 3,000–5,200 for a 981. Engine-specific 718 ventilation repairs are estimated at AED 3,200–6,200. The final quote depends on inspection, parts and additional work. These estimates include 5% VAT. Specialist diagnosis and additional repairs are separate unless listed as included on your quote.
Does white smoke always mean the AOS has failed?
No. Smoke can have several causes, and brief condensation is different from persistent oil smoke. The smoke pattern, oil level, intake condition, fault codes and crankcase behavior help identify the cause. Do not order an AOS based only on exhaust color.
Is the initial AOS check free?
The initial fault check is free. Specialist AOS or crankcase testing is estimated at AED 250–550 when required. Dismantling and extended engine diagnosis are separate work, and we explain any charge before proceeding.
Can I drive my Boxster with an AOS problem?

The 12-month policy applies to eligible original parts supplied and fitted by the workshop and the directly related labor, subject to its terms and exclusions. An AOS repair does not create a warranty for unrelated engine faults or every future oil-consumption concern.
Know when to contact us again
Check oil level using the procedure in your Boxster owner’s manual and avoid adding oil without a valid reading. Note when any returning symptom occurs and contact the workshop with the invoice details. Heavy smoke, warning messages or severe running problems need prompt advice; do not keep driving simply because the separator has recently been replaced.
If smoke remains after collection, ask the workshop to assess it rather than assuming it is harmless residue. Oil previously present in the intake may be relevant, but persistent smoke needs an explanation for your car. A short description of the conditions is more useful than repeatedly starting the engine to reproduce the fault.
