Porsche Paint Protection Film in Dubai
Want to protect the front of your Porsche from stone chips and everyday road wear? We install clear paint protection film in Al Quoz 4, with partial-front, full-front and full-body options. We check the paint first, explain what will be covered and quote the film and fitting before work starts.

Protect high-impact areas first
Paint protection film, or PPF, is a clear film fitted over painted panels. It takes the wear from many stone chips, light scuffs and road contamination before they reach the paint. PPF is different from ceramic coating and different from repainting a damaged panel.
On a daily-driven Porsche, the front bumper, bonnet, front wings and mirror caps usually take the most road exposure. Full-front PPF protects these areas, while full-body PPF extends the film to the remaining agreed painted panels.
Send us your Porsche model and the areas you want protected. We inspect the paint before fitting because chips, scratches, previous paintwork and existing film can change the preparation and the final appearance.
Porsche PPF prices in Dubai
These are guide prices in AED. Vehicle size, film choice, panel complexity and paint preparation can change the total. Your written quote states the film, covered panels, preparation, fitting and applicable VAT.
Choose the right PPF coverage
Choose coverage by where the car takes wear. Small-area PPF suits repeated contact points, full-front PPF covers the main road-facing panels, and full-body PPF protects the wider painted exterior.
Small high-wear areas
Specific contact pointsDoor-handle recesses, door edges and loading areas can be protected without wrapping a complete panel. The quote lists the exact areas so you know what is included.
Full-front PPF
Road-facing paintA full-front package typically covers the front bumper, bonnet, front wings and mirror caps. If you choose partial coverage, we show where the film will end so visible lines are understood before fitting.
Full-body PPF
Broader everyday protectionFull-body PPF covers the agreed painted exterior panels. We list items such as the roof, pillars, rocker panels and spoilers separately where relevant. Glass, wheels, rubber seals and unpainted trim are not automatically included.
Prepare the paint first
Clear film follows the surface underneath it. Existing chips, scratches or poor paintwork will still be visible, so we inspect the finish before installation and explain any cleaning, decontamination or paint correction that is worth doing first.
Paint correction and PPF are separate jobs. Polishing can improve suitable swirl marks and light defects before the film goes on, while deep scratches or damaged paint may need body repair instead.
If a panel has been repainted, tell us before fitting. The condition and cure of the repair matter because fresh or poorly bonded paint may not be ready for film.
Our Porsche detailing service can help with appropriate surface preparation. Where paint itself needs repair, we explain that separately through the Porsche body shop. You can choose the work with a clear view of the expected finish and additional cost.

Know which film is fitted
Not every PPF quote includes the same film or the same coverage. We identify the film product, finish and covered panels in the quotation so you can compare like for like.

- Film
- Brand and product line, with the supplied material identified in the quote. Ask about the applicable manufacturer documentation rather than assuming every clear film performs the same.
- Finish
- Clear gloss to retain a glossy appearance, or a specified satin or matte product where suitable. Review a sample and the coverage needed to avoid an unintended mixed finish.
- Coverage
- A named panel list with partial areas and exclusions. “Front” and “full body” need an agreed definition for your particular model.
- Edges
- The planned pattern, feasible wrapped edges, necessary seams and trim access. Panel shape and safe access determine what can be achieved.
- Care and cover
- Product-specific cleaning advice, installation follow-up and written material and workmanship terms. Confirm who handles a claim and what evidence is needed.
Clean edges and careful fitting
Porsche panels have different curves, vents, spoilers and edges depending on the model. We fit the film to the actual panel shape rather than treat a 911, Macan and Taycan as the same installation.
The fitting process includes surface cleaning, film positioning and finishing around the available edges. Some shapes need a seam or visible termination, and we point that out before installation.
Discuss trim handling and panel access as part of the quotation. Removing parts merely to hide an edge is not always justified; leaving an accessible edge unfinished is not automatically the better choice either. The work should balance a neat result with appropriate treatment of the vehicle.
Film can be applied to selected painted components when suitable, but not every textured, damaged or unusually finished surface accepts the same process. Painted carbon components, previously wrapped panels and special finishes need individual assessment. Tell us about previous coatings or treatments so preparation can account for them.

What PPF protects against
Stone chips and scuffs
PPF helps absorb many light stone chips and surface scuffs before they reach the paint. It cannot stop every sharp impact, dent or heavy strike.
Light marks in the film
Some films use a self-healing top layer that can reduce fine marks under the conditions specified for that product. Deep cuts, torn film and damaged paint still need repair or replacement.
Dirt and contamination
PPF gives road dirt, insects and other contamination a cleanable surface above the paint, but it still needs routine care. Bird droppings, fuel and stubborn contamination should be removed promptly using the film maker’s care guidance.
PPF is a protective choice, not a guarantee that paint will stay undamaged or that resale value will rise by a particular amount. Its value is in the areas covered, suitable preparation and care over time. We help you weigh those benefits against the cost and how you use the car.
PPF, coating or paint repair?
Choose PPF when the main concern is physical protection from road impact and scuffs. Ceramic coating is mainly about surface behaviour, gloss and easier maintenance; it does not provide the same physical barrier as film.
A compatible coating may be used on some film products when the film manufacturer permits it, but it is a separate item. If both are proposed, ask which surfaces receive each product and how the maintenance instructions work together. Neither should be described as making the car scratch-proof.
Existing paint damage should be repaired before it is covered. PPF cannot replace missing paint, remove a dent or fix a failing repaint.
If you only want the car cleaned and refreshed, Porsche washing or detailing may be sufficient. You do not need a full-body film installation simply to remove ordinary dirt or improve an otherwise serviceable finish.
Aftercare and film removal
Installation time depends on coverage, preparation and panel complexity. Full-body PPF takes longer than a small-area or full-front job, especially if old film must be removed or the paint needs correction first.
At handover, we review the covered panels, visible edges and finished surface with you. If an edge lifts or something looks wrong after collection, contact the workshop rather than trimming or pulling the film yourself.
Follow the supplied product guidance on the initial washing period, cleaning products and pressure-washer distance around edges. Gentle washing and prompt contamination removal help maintain the finish. Abrasive polishing, aggressive chemicals and directing high pressure under a film edge can damage the installation.
If film later suffers a cut or an impact, an affected section may be replaceable after the underlying paint is inspected. Removal and refitting are quoted according to the panel and paint condition. Age, previous repaint quality and film condition affect removal work, so a universal risk-free removal promise would be misleading.
Your written quote and handover identify the applicable film and installation cover. A manufacturer’s material warranty and workshop workmanship cover are different commitments; their terms should be clear for the selected product. Call us to arrange a paint assessment and free pickup and delivery.
Paint protection film questions
How much is PPF for a Porsche in Dubai?
Allow approximately AED 4,500–7,500 for a defined full-front package or AED 10,000–18,000 for standard full-body clear film. Film choice, vehicle size, preparation and coverage change the final price. Selected areas and premium finishes are quoted individually.
Is PPF sprayed onto the paint?
No. PPF is a physical film sheet fitted to the surface. Ceramic coating and paint are different materials and processes. Your quotation identifies the film and the panels being covered.
Can PPF hide existing stone chips?
Clear film does not restore missing paint or remove defects beneath it. We inspect existing damage and explain whether preparation or paint repair should come first, with those costs stated separately.
Should I choose full-front or full-body coverage?
Full-front coverage focuses on common road-impact areas. Full-body PPF extends protection across the agreed painted exterior. Choose according to where the car takes wear, the finish you want and the budget, with a named panel list.
Will every scratch self-heal?
No. Some film topcoats can reduce fine marks under their specified conditions. Deep scratches, tears, dents and damage beneath the film need inspection and may require replacement of the affected film section or paint repair.
Can you apply PPF to a repainted Porsche?
Possibly, after assessing paint adhesion, condition and the paint system’s curing requirements. Tell us about repainting and previous treatments before fitting. Some surfaces need more time or corrective work.
Is there a film warranty?
The quote confirms the selected product’s material warranty and applicable installation terms. Cover depends on the actual product and work. Ask for those details before approval rather than assuming a universal number of years.
