What happens after your request?
You do not need to identify the faulty part yourself. Describe the symptoms, or choose scheduled servicing, and we will help you arrange the right visit.
We confirm the appointment
The team checks your preferred date, the service needed and whether you will bring the car or need collection.
You approve the price
Routine service items are confirmed for your model. Where a fault needs investigation, we explain the checks and any diagnostic charge first. Repairs require your approval.
We arrange the handover
After the approved work and final checks, the team contacts you about collection or the agreed return arrangements.
Ready for your workshop visit
Bring your service history when available. Photos or a short video of an intermittent fault can be added to your WhatsApp conversation.

Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?
No. The form prepares a WhatsApp message. Send it to the workshop and our team will confirm your appointment date and arrangements.

Can you collect my Porsche?
Free pickup is available with approved repair jobs. Choose the pickup option and share your area. Collection availability, eligibility and timing are confirmed by the workshop.
What should I do if my car cannot be driven?
Call the workshop rather than waiting for an appointment reply. Explain the problem and location so the team can discuss suitable recovery arrangements.
Can I change my requested appointment?
Contact the workshop in the same WhatsApp conversation or by phone. The team will check another date and confirm any changes to pickup arrangements.
