12-month warranty coverage
For an eligible repair, we cover a verified defect in an original part supplied and fitted by us, or in the repair labour directly related to that part, for 12 months from the invoice date. Your invoice or job card identifies the vehicle, work and original parts supplied.
When the warranty does not apply
The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, normal wear, a new malfunction in another system, or a problem caused by an accident, impact, misuse, overheating, contamination, modification, racing or track use. Inspection is required to confirm that the reported fault is directly connected to the original repair.
Customer-supplied parts
A part supplied by the customer is not automatically covered by the workshop. Any labour coverage, fitment condition or responsibility for removal and refitting must be agreed in writing before installation.
A warranty review checks
The original record
Invoice, job card, stated coverage, dates, mileage and the exact parts and labour listed.
The current complaint
When it began, warning text, driving condition, changes since the repair and any work by another party.
Connection to the work
Whether the current fault results from the covered part or labour rather than another system or pre-existing issue.
The appropriate remedy
Inspection, correction, repair, replacement or another remedy as stated in the written coverage and required by law.
Conditions and exclusions
Coverage applies only to the original parts supplied and fitted by us and the directly related repair labour. It does not extend to customer-supplied, used or non-original parts; unrelated electrical, mechanical or software faults; accident or impact damage; another workshop’s intervention; unauthorised alteration; misuse; normal wear; or damage caused by continued use after a serious warning. A condition applies only where relevant and lawful.
How to make a claim
- Stop using the vehicle if continued driving may cause danger or further damage.
- Contact the workshop and provide the invoice or job reference.
- Describe the symptom without authorising another party to dismantle the covered work unless urgent safety requires it.
- Arrange inspection and allow a reasonable opportunity to assess the claimed issue.
Consumer rights
This policy does not remove remedies or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law. If a written warranty gives greater coverage, the written warranty remains part of the service agreement.
Keep your 12-month warranty record
Keep the invoice for eligible original-part repairs. It identifies the work, parts and date from which the 12-month warranty runs, and lets us assess any directly related concern promptly.
